I would like to do something creative for her unlike the past times. The project is to get around a 15 second clip from each one of you from a different country. Realistically though, you don't have to ACTUALLY be in a different country, just make the scenary look the part but i would like you to say " Happy Anniversary, from ( insert Country)"And I would like you to say it in your own native tongue.

well, it actually has no meaning. in japanese, it's a word that expresses emotion - like excitedness. In the japanese version of the anime, Naruto often ends his sentences with this word and people have picked it up in their own speech to be more like him. In the english dubbed version, Naruto keeps saying quot
